Injection processing is an industry with strong technical and practical capabilities when operating. In the process of injection production, plastic materials, toners, nozzles, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, fixtures, sprayers, and various auxiliary materials are used. And packaging materials. These have brought great results to the management of the injection molding workshop. Compared with other industries or departments, there are certain difficulties, and the management of injection molding workshops at all levels is more demanding.

The shape and structure of plastic products and the type of injection molding machine, the structure of the mold may be different, but the basic structure is the same. The mold is mainly composed of a pouring system, a temperature control system, a molded part and a structural part. Gating systems and molded parts come into direct contact with plastic and vary with plastic and product. They are relatively complicated and changeable parts in the mold, which require high precision parts.

Injection processing requires 24 hours of continuous operation. This is usually a two-stage or three-stage working mode. There are many types of work and division of labor in the injection molding workshop, and different skills are required for different positions. In order to make the production and operation of the injection molding shop smoothly, the personnel, materials, equipment and tools involved in each link need to be managed, mainly including: raw materials room, waste room, batching room, production site, post-processing area, tool room, semi-finished District, office and other areas of operation and coordination management.

精度 2. Precision: Strictly control the factors that affect the precision of injection molded parts, including the precision of mold manufacturing, plastic composition and process conditions.

The surface roughness of the injection molded part is determined by the roughness of the mold surface, so the mold surface roughness is one level lower than the product, and the requirements are achieved by grinding and polishing. The injection-molded part will cause cooling shrinkage in the mold cavity, which will make it difficult to remove the injection-molded part. Therefore, in order to facilitate demolding, the inner and outer surfaces parallel to the demolding direction must also be designed with sufficient demolding inclination.
